I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator serving families throughout Central Florida in English and Español. I'm here to make birth feel a little less overwhelming and a whole lot more supported—with honest education, hands-on comfort, and someone in your corner who makes sure you feel informed, heard, and confident in your choices.
I've supported families through unmedicated births, epidurals, inductions, C-sections, VBACs, and everything in between. No judgment. No pressure. Just support that meets you where you are.

We'll start with a free, no-pressure consultation to talk about your pregnancy, your vision for birth, and what kind of support you're looking for. Most importantly, we'll make sure we're a good fit.
Make it official
Choose the support that feels right for you and your family. Once you're ready, we'll get everything squared away and officially begin preparing together.
We prepare together
This is where the good stuff starts. During our prenatal visits, we'll talk birth preferences, comfort measures, interventions, partner support, feeding, postpartum preparation, and all those questions you've been saving in your Notes app.
It's baby time
When labor begins, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm there with continuous, hands-on support — positions, comfort measures, education, encouragement, partner guidance, advocacy support, and a calm presence as your birth unfolds.

Support doesn't end when baby arrives. We'll reconnect postpartum to check in on you, talk through your birth, answer questions, and help you settle into this brand-new chapter.
