Feel prepared for the big day.
A practical, comprehensive class covering labor from the first "Was that a contraction?" all the way through meeting your baby. We'll cover: signs and stages of labor, when to go to your birth place, comfort measures, positions, pain-management options, common interventions, pushing, partner support, and what happens immediately after birth.

Prepared looks different for every birth.
Whether you have a planned C-section or simply want to understand what happens if your birth takes an unexpected turn, this class takes away some of the unknown. We'll walk through what happens before, during, and after a Cesarean, partner involvement, questions to ask your care team, newborn procedures, feeding, recovery, and ways to make the experience feel more personal.
